After 15 years across Deloitte, EY, and Windy Street both onshore and offshore, building teams from scratch, I realized something simple but important: brilliant people were being treated like checklist executors, and offshore teams were treated like replaceable support, not trusted contributors.

The problem wasn’t the work; it was the outsourcing model itself.
Outsourcing grew fast, but no one built ownership, judgment, or long-term continuity into offshore teams. And without those, quality becomes hit-or-miss.
